Our projects focus on improving the schools infrastructure and basic facilities, as well as providing individual scholarships.

Latest Projects

Work on the second classroom at Mbabzi School has begun. All four walls are up, and the breeze blocks (windows) have been fitted. Donations from Plan UK have provided some of the iron sheets for the roof. So although the inside of the classroom is incomplete, one of the Standard Four classes now have somewhere to shelter when it rains and can continue to learn whatever the weather.

After the completion of the first classroom at Mbabzi School in December, work began on the second classroom in January. All the walls and breeze blocks (windows) have now been completed, and work is about to begin on building the roof.

We are currently appealing for funds to complete this classroom.

Completed Projects
The first new classroom was completed and officially opened on Monday the 14th of December. The new classroom is going to be used for the Standard Five class, with one of the Standard One outdoor classes being moved into the old Standard Five classroom. The completion of this building means that 130 children will be able to have their lessons in a proper indoor classroom, and will no longer have to have their lessons cancelled due to bad weather.
